Where Can I Get A Silicone Baby Doll? (Top 4 Places)

You’ve fallen into the trap.

Maybe you’re like me and stumbled upon the most realistic-looking, cutest dolls ever through an Etsy ad or Instagram post.

Or maybe a friend has one and you’d like one for yourself.

Maybe you work with patients that would benefit therapeutically from having a silicone doll.

Now where do you get one?

The internet can be a very overwhelming place when it comes to finding something.

Luckily, I’ve watched countless YouTube videos, joined multiple Facebook groups, have done my research and have found the best places to adopt a silicone doll.

What I’ve found is that the best place to purchase or adopt a silicone baby doll from is Facebook, Etsy, Reborns.com, or directly from artist websites.

Let’s talk a little more about each of these marketplaces.

Before you start scouring these places for a doll, I would highly recommend you check our my other article on avoiding scams while searching for a silicone doll.

1. Facebook

Facebook Groups

There are many special silicone doll groups dedicated to sharing, buying, and selling these beauties.

I joined a couple of them and would highly recommend you do too.

The members of the group can answer any questions you may have and can point you to some of their favorite artists as well.

Occasionally members of the group may also list some of their own dolls for adoption.

Unfortunately, anyone can join these groups and some people may have ill intentions and may not be truthful in their sale posts.

It is important you ask questions and ask for a safety photo (I cover safety photos in my Reborn Scams article) to ensure it is a legitimate sale.

2. Artist Facebook Pages

Many artists showcase their work on their nursery Facebook pages.

They are able to share progress pictures and dolls currently for sale.

You can easily look back through their feed in order to figure out if you like their style of reborning dolls.

It is a great, safe platform to purchase from.

Here are a couple of great shops I found:

3. Etsy

Etsy is a marketplace that many artists use to sell their dolls.

For the most part, it is a safe marketplace. However, as always, do your research on reviews and ask the seller all the questions you need to.

On Etsy, you’ll also have the option to customize your doll.

Many artists will allow you to select hair color, open or closed eyes, as well as skin tone.

This is a great route if you’re looking for specific features for your doll.

4. Reborns.com

One of the most used, safest platforms for the sale of silicone dolls is www.reborns.com.

I actually got my first reborn doll from here and because I had such a great experience, I plan to get my first silicone doll from here as well.

With almost 300 artists from all over the world, you can find many different options that will ship right to you.

This is also a great place to look around to find out what is out there and to give you ideas about what you like and don’t like.

The dolls on here go very quickly I’ve noticed.

So if you find something that you absolutely love, I suggest you move quickly.

Reborn Artist Websites

While artist nursery websites are definitely out there, I have to say that I have found it more common for them to sell either on Facebook, Etsy, or on Reborns.com.

Many of these wonderful artists are so busy being amazing artists that they don’t know how to or don’t want to pay someone to run a website for them.

I cannot say that I blame them.

When they do have a website and list their dolls for sale or post that they are accepting custom orders it is safe to assume they are legitimate and safe (not copied or stolen) dolls.

That’s It!

Once again, before you begin your search for a silicone doll (especially because they are so expensive), I highly recommend you read through my article about red flags and common reborn doll scams.

Unfortunately, illegitimate dolls and doll shops are all over the place and it is best to avoid them.

Good luck and have fun in your search for the perfect silicone doll!
